Your time is covered too

How much of your time it takes gets agreed in writing for the specific task, before we build anything. If we use more than agreed, that is our problem, not your invoice.

The terms are in writing before we start. We only give the guarantee on workflows whose documents we have seen, which is why everything begins with the audit.

What is the catch with the guarantee?
There is no catch, but there is a reason. Most people who like what they are told choose to have the first one built by us. That is the whole business. Once the report is delivered you owe us nothing, and you are welcome to take it to another supplier.
What if it gets something wrong?
Sometimes it will. That is why every field carries a source reference, why the agent says it is unsure rather than guessing, and why a person approves everything before it has consequences. The goal is not a flawless machine. It is a flow where an error is cheap to catch.
Are we even allowed to let AI read confidential client documents?
Yes, if the setup is right, and the setup is the whole job. The data processing agreement is in writing before we see the first document, processing and hosting are in the EU, your material is not trained into public models, and every lookup sits in a log with who ran it. For the mapping itself, anonymised documents are perfectly fine. The final call is yours, and for lawyers it is also a question of professional confidentiality: we prepare the documentation, your own data protection officer decides. We do not sign off that a solution is fully GDPR compliant, because a supplier cannot declare that on your behalf.
So what does it cost to have built?
There is no price on this page, and that is deliberate: nobody can price an automation before they have seen the documents. After the audit you get one fixed price in writing for the first document type, agreed before we build. No hourly billing, no invoice afterwards.
There are only five of us. Are we too small?
No. Small offices are often where it moves the most, because the pile of documents sits with the same two people who also have to get everything else done. What matters is not how many of you there are, but how many times a week the same document type is read by hand.
Do we have to change case management systems?
No. We build on top of what you have, whether that is a case management system, e-conomic, Unik or a folder and a mailbox. If there is an integration, we use it. If something does have to change, the audit says so with a reason.
